Brunswick County to hold more pop-up vaccine clinics WECT Staff © Daniel Schludi The vaccines are free, no insurance is required and no appointments are required at the pop-up clinics.
BOLIVIA, N.C. (WECT) - In an effort to get more people vaccinated, Brunswick County Health Services is holding seven more pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinics in July at multiple spots throughout the county.
All community members ages 12 and over are eligible to receive vaccines and Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines will be available at each clinic. Youths ages 12-17 are only eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
The vaccines are free, no insurance is required and no appointments are required at the pop-up clinics. However, community members are asked to bring ID and insurance cards if available. Also, for those who received their first vaccine outside the county, proof of that vaccination is required.

First at Four: Planetarium on Saturn & Jupiter Event By Ashlea Kosikowski | December 14, 2020 at 5:38 PM EST - Updated December 15 at 10:14 PM
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - An out-of-this-world event will have many looking up to the sky later next week.
Jupiter and Saturn are nearing for what is called a “great conjunction.”
The two will appear to overlap in the night sky on Mon., Dec. 21. In reality, they will still be hundreds of millions of miles apart.
Planetarium Manager Katherine Hunt, from Ingram Planetarium in Sunset Beach, explained this happens about every 20 years but this one will be special.
