O Brien has won the past two editions of the Lenebane with the OTI Racing-owned Downdraft in 2019 and the Lloyd Williams-owned Pondus, who defeated OTI s Jessica Harrington-trained mare Camphor last year. O Brien and Williams, who have combined to win two Melbourne Cups, have representation again in the Lenebane on Tuesday with the aggressively placed Point Nepean. Point Nepean has only raced once, winning his debut in a €12,000 (A$19,000) three-year-old maiden over 2615 metres at Navan on May 30 when confidently supported in betting to overturn odds-on favourite Malawi. ....
