By Robert Kennedy Jan 20, 2021 3:37 AM FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new Rawhide Youth services counseling center. The structure will be located at U.S. Highway 45 and County Highway K in Fond Du Lac County. The facility will offer traditional and occupational therapies to both youth and families. Horse riding therapies will also be available. The structure is built on 37 acres of land and will feature 12 horse stalls and two arenas. The five therapists at the new facility will also continue providing services to the Fond du Lac school districts. “I think it’s huge, especially with COVID, and the mental health issues that kids are having, those numbers are on the rise. and the more help that we can provide for them is great,” said Joe Braun of the Fond du Lac Area Foundation. ....
