County Engineer Dan Eckert told the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday the original plan was to pour concrete BEFORE putting up the building, but that would have stopped winter work. The Board of Supervisors approved over eight thousand dollars worth of change orders for the project on Tuesday after the county “saved” around a million dollars between the original estimate and the winning bid. ....
