Today we’re taking a look back at the big winners of a season unlike any other… FIS Snowboard Nations Cup overall Austria - 2882 points Powered on by their alpine and snowboard cross racing squads and crystal globe-winning seasons for Alessandro Haemmerle (in men’s SBX) and Anna Gasser (in slopestyle and Park & Pipe overall), the Austrian Snowboard Team was able to earn the FIS Snowboard Nations Cup overall honours for the 2020/21 season. Claiming 15 World Cup podiums on the season and 52 top-10s, Austria finished with 2882 points - just over 400 points

Over 100 athletes representing 17 different nations took it to the parallel giant slalom course on Saturday, while the parallel slalom competitions followed up on Sunday. Zogg back on top, Loginov leads Russian podium sweep in Bannoye’s PSL Snowboard 07 Feb 2021 The second of the two-day FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup event in Bannoye went down on Sunday, with Julie Zogg (SUI) and Dmitry Loginov (RUS) taking big victories in a parallel giant slalom competition that looked like it might not happen for much of the day. While skies were clear over Bannoye on Sunday, heavy morning winds forced the delay of qualification runs and consequently also the finals. However, luck would end up being on the event’s side, and as the winds would die down so an exciting day of racing could take place under mostly blue skies and in front of a numerous crowd that gather around the finish line in Bannoye.
