The Valley Cottage resident didn t feel a thing when he got the shot, but having a vaccine feels like a big deal.
Every town supervisor, Rockland County Executive Ed Day, Good Samaritan Hospital CEO Dr. Mary Leahy and other dignitaries
cheered on the students, called vaccine ambassadors for younger Rocklanders. Day lauded the students who were awaiting their vaccinations, saying while many young people think inwardly they were thinking about what should I do for the greater good.
