Silver Alert issued for missing Minnesota man August 4, 2021 6:34 PM Updated: NORTH ST. PAUL, Minn. A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday night for a missing 88-year-old man from Minnesota who was last seen in central Wisconsin. According to the Department of Justice, Patrick McNeely was last seen early Wednesday when he left his North St. Paul home. A news release said McNeely, who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, suffers from dementia and gets confused easily. Officials said he left his car, a tan 2012 Chevy Silverado with Minnesota plate DDD294, at home, as well as his phone and ID. Later Wednesday morning, a news release said McNeely used his credit card at the Kwik Trip in Arbor Vitae, but he has no ties to that area and it is unclear where he may be headed. He also used his credit shortly before 6 p.m. at a stop in Mineral Point, officials said. ....

Patrick McNeely, 88, left his home in North St. Paul early Wednesday morning and has not been seen in the area since. Officials advise that McNeely suffers from dementia and gets confused easily. McNeely was at a Kwik Trip in Arbor Vitae around 10:07 a.m. using his credit card. Another credit card purchased was then registered at 5:55 p.m. in Mineral Point. He has no ties to Central Wisconsin and it is unclear where McNeely could be headed. ....
