Kudlow praises Biden for sounding alarm on doing business with Chinese-owned businesses.
So, as we know, last Friday the communist government of China put out a new list of sanctioned Americans, presumably in response to the Biden State Department s warning for US companies about emerging risks in conducting business with China.
As I’ve said before, when the Bidens do something good we praise them and that business and investment message is a good thing. 
By the way, it continues the trend begun by my friend, former NSC Director Robert O’Brien, and myself when we kept the Federal Retirement Thrift Savings Plan from investing in China because Chinese companies have a history of fraud and do not meet SEC public accounting standards. ....

An unofficial delegation sent by U.S. President Joe Biden visited Taiwan last week in a reaffirmation of the U.S. commitment to Taiwan’s security. The visit came a week after the United States announced new guidelines to “encourage U.S. government engagement with Taiwan that reflects our deepening unofficial relationship.”
The visit, along with the formal invitation of Taiwan’s top representative to Biden’s inauguration, followed by supportive policies and statements, has removed doubts that there could be cutbacks to the U.S. commitment to Taiwan in order to stabilize relations with Beijing.
Beijing, which views Taiwan as a breakaway province that should be put under PRC control, responded to the delegation’s visit with live military drills, its go-to response for incidents indicating closer Taiwan-U.S. relations.
