Finnish economy likely to see little impact from US sanctions on Russia

HELSINKI, March 16 (Xinhua) Finland will return to pre-COVID-19 economic levels towards the end of this year, with growth of 2.3 percent, according to Danske Bank.
Danske Bank, one of the largest financial enterprises in the Nordic region, also forecasted on Tuesday that the Finnish economy would grow by 3 percent in 2022.
Finnish business daily Kauppalehti noted that Danske Bank has upgraded its estimates from the previous estimation of 2.2 percent in 2021 and 2.8 percent in 2022.
