NCRC holds consultation on KP legislative reforms Islamabad April 8, 2021 Islamabad : Speakers suggested strengthening coordination between the National Commission on the Rights of Child and major stakeholders including policymakers to work effectively on child related legislations for the promotion and protection of children in the country. The recommendation came forward at a one-day consultation on Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Legislative Reforms on KP Child Protection and Welfare (Amendment) Bill, 2020 with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Legislators. The consultation was organised by the National Commission on the Rights of Child on Wednesday. The consultative meeting was attended by the Speaker of KP Assembly Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani, Chairperson National Commission on the Rights of Child, Afshan Tehseen, NCRC members KP, Dr. Jahanzeb Khan, NCRC Member Sindh, Iqbal Ahmed Detho, members KP Assembly, Ayesha Bano, Sajida Hanif, Dr. Sumaira Shams, Ayesha Naeem and Rehana Ismail. ....
