A complete psychiatric assessment of the accused will be carried out under the supervision of a psychologist in Vishakhapatnam. Hyderabad: The superstitious couple from Andhra Pradesh, who murdered their two adult daughters in Madanapalle in Chittoor district on January 24, would be moved to a government hospital for psychiatric care in Vishakhapatnam.
