Patrick Davis To Kick Off McLemore Songwriters Series Friday, May 14, 2021 McLemore announced the kick off of “The McLemore Songwriters Series”, a monthly concert series taking place from May through October, featuring six performances by some of the most acclaimed songwriters from Nashville and beyond. The first artist to kick off the series will be musician Patrick Davis. The concert will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 20 at the Beir Garden at McLemore. Davis is a gifted singer-songwriter whose debut solo album, Chances Are, was co-produced by Hootie & the Blowfish guitarist Mark Bryan, organizers said. Patrick co-wrote Dixie Lullaby for Pat Green, which landed a place in the Country Music Top 20. This opened the door for a series of songwriting collaborations with Jewel, Darius Rucker and Guy Clark, and invitations to tour with Vince Gill, Darius Rucker and Hootie & the Blowfish. ....
