Lee closed with a 7-under 64 and was the first to finish at 18-under 268 at The Renaissance Club, which featured a 90-minute weather delay late in the final round. On May 15, 1850, a U.S Army regiment arrived on the island and killed every Pomo man, woman and child they could find there. From then on, Bonopoti became known as Bloody Island. ....
