A Morehead State athlete found her desire to help her community while volunteering at St. Claire HealthCare.
Andrea Grimes and MSU’s volleyball team helped with the Covid-19 vaccine clinic by taking temperatures, walking patients through paperwork and answering questions.
“Our head coach, Jaime Gordon, is our Athletic Director as well and he got wind that St. Claire needed help with the new vaccines that are coming out with Covid,” said Grimes, a sophomore
. “They’ve been really saving us a lot of money with testing for our athletes, so we wanted to repay them and help them and the community with the vaccine process.” ....
