The frantic incident happened when a 43-year-old driver, David Poncurak, allegedly crashed into a car before careening across the road and into the storefront of a local barber shop in the town of Yonkers on Friday. A woman had been crossing the street at the time with her eight-month-old daughter in her arms. The pair were hit by the car and thrown onto its bonnet as it smashed into the shop. ....
