That’s according to a weekly evaluation of the city’s COVID-19 gating criteria released by the department. The change would be implemented next week.
The change would reduce capacity limits at businesses and organizations without approved safety plans. Establishments with approved safety plans will not be “substantially affected,” according to the department. ....

The Milwaukee Health Department announced Tuesday it has opened two large walk-in vaccination sites to the general public.
Now, any resident of the City of Milwaukee 16 years or older can go to sites at North Division High School, 1011 W. Center St., or South Division High School, 1515 W. Lapham Blvd. Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. until April 16th, without an appointment and seek vaccination. This announcement came one day after the state officially made everyone 16 or older eligible for the vaccine. ....
