Rangers, CTD arrest four SRA terrorists Karachi May 6, 2021 The Rangers and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Sindh police in a joint raid arrested four alleged terrorists belonging to a nationalist party of Sindh and found arms and ammunition on them. According to the CTD spokesperson, the joint raid was conducted in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area where four terrorists, namely Sajjad Ali Channa, Mohsin Raza Channa, Naushad Ali and Aslam Baig, were arrested with hand grenades, arms and ammunition. The suspects allegedly belonged to the Asghar Shah, alias Sajjad Shah, group of the Sindh Revolutionary Army (SRA) and were involved in the recent attacks on Rangers mobiles and posts, said the spokesperson, adding that the arrested men had also admitted to their involvement in several cases. ....

A team of Rangers and counter-terrorism department personnel carried out an action in the Pehlwan Goth locality near Rabia City in Gulistan-i-Jauhar and detained four suspects Sajjad Ali, Mohsin Raza, Naushad Ali and Aslam Beg, according to a CTD spokesperson. It said that the suspects belonged to SRA’s Asghar Shah alias Sajjad Shah group, according to him. “They were involved in recent grenade attacks on Rangers’ posts and mobile vans,” he said, adding that 13 members of the outfit had already been arrested by the CTD. ....

CTD arrests 2 suspected SRA militants in Karachi National March 17, 2021 KARACHI: Two suspected militants of the nationalist party of the Sindh arrested on Tuesday. The arrests were made by Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Sindh police during a raid conducted at Saadi Town area in Sacchal Police limits. The arrested suspects have been identified as Sadiq alias Sadu alias Baka alias Shakoor and Mukhtiar Hussain alias Bidani. A hand grenade was also recovered from their possession. The CTD police claimed that the suspects arrested were affiliated with the Asghar Shah alias Sajjad Shah group of SinduDesh Revolutionary Army (SRA). The suspects arrested were involved in attacks on security forces, including Rangers, claimed CTD police, added that they carried out several attacks on Rangers mobiles and Rangers posts. ....
