File Ethan Brainard is the third-best young entrepreneur in the world. That was decided last weekend in Rochester, NY, when a panel of judges placed Brainard third overall at the YEA! (Young Entrepreneurs Academy) 13th Annual Saunders Scholars Competition. Brainard won the local YEA! competition among peers from around Pulaski County back in May, giving him the opportunity to go against international competition this summer. Indeed, Brainard faced off against not only the best from the U.S. but also India and China. ....
