The Barnes & Noble location at 1177 Ulster Avenue in Kingston has officially closed for good. The Kingston location is no longer listed on Barnes & Noble s website or Google. The booksellers of BN Kingston would like to thank our friends, followers and loyal customers for the outpouring of concern for our team. It means the world to us! It is true that we will be leaving our current location as our landlord has chosen another tenant, Barnes & Noble (Kingston, NY) wrote on Facebook when news of the closing first broke.

North, 36, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:34 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, in the city of Kingston and was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, along with misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and drunken driving. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

DWI:Â Jeffrey G. Burchell, 61, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:16 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, in the town of Rosendale and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rosendale Town Court.

Unlawfully dealing with a child/prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage: Victor W. Dellea, 32, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:36 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, and was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child (alcohol) and with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, both misdemeanors. Dellea was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Ronk was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
