Roswell, New Mexico fans have high hopes for season 3 of their favorite alien fix.
Roswell, New Mexico season 3 is here, and it’s off to a strong start. With two seasons under their cowboy belts, the cast and crew are running like a well-oiled machine that Michael Guerin fixed himself, and everyone is looking comfy cozy in their roles. Now is the time when the characters can really grow and the show can become even better than before.
The season 2 finale put most of the
Roswell, New Mexico characters at a turning point. Liz decided to take the Genoryx job in California, Michael, Alex, and Maria all decided to go their separate ways romantically, at least for now, Rosa returned to rehab, Kyle had a newly healthy girlfriend, and Jesse Manes met his demise. It was kind of an out-of-this-world finale.

The CW s latest rendition of Roswell, New Mexico is gearing up for Season 3. Based on the book series Roswell High by Melinda Metz, the first TV adaptation was simply titled Roswell and featured stars like Katherine Heigl and Colin Hanks. Roswell ended after receiving poor ratings throughout its three seasons, but thankfully, the new adaptation is faring much better. While Roswell, New Mexico has a lot in common with its predecessor, it features a much more diverse cast and discusses serious topics like immigration issues, which adds a level of depth to the show.

Throwback Thursday, let’s take a look at “Blind Date,” the 14th episode of Season 1.
You know it’s a funny thing, revisiting the past. There’s this air of nostalgia but with a side of cringe. There were one or two moments in this episode where I literally cringed and hyperbolically facepalmed.
“Blind Date” comes on the heels of another non-breakup breakup for our star-crossed lovers, Liz and Max. While their cosmic connection takes center stage, this episode also featured some fun pairings and managed to ever so slightly advance the alien mythology. Granted, in many ways, it felt like a filler episode, but sometimes you need a break.
