Rapid residential development is under way at Richmond West. Network Tasman Ltd chief executive Oliver Kearney said the company was “just the network provider” and not an internet retailer. “Any retailer who wants to trade on our network, we’d like to have them as customers,” Kearney said. However, it doesn’t seem like either Vodafone or Spark are planning to do so for residential fibre connections any time soon.
