The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday took suo motu cognizance of noise pollution caused by modified bikes, especially bullet bikes. States did not specifically report any deaths due to oxygen shortages during the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic in India, Bharati Pravin Pawar, minister of state, Health and Family Welfare, told the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.
