High Level Aircraft Cleaning at RAF Museum Cosford High Level Aircraft Cleaning at RAF Museum Cosford The annual high level aircraft cleaning and inspection will take place at the RAF Museum Cosford on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 April. Work will be focused on the suspended aircraft displayed within the Museum’s National Cold War Exhibition and will be carried out by ArcoServices, specialists in working at height. In addition to cleaning the aircraft, the Arco Services team will also be carrying out safety checks on the suspension cables. The media are invited to film and photograph the team giving the aircraft their annual spring clean, ahead of the Museum’s reopening on May 17.

RAF pals share a charity challenge  | Updated: 11:07, 11 February 2021 RAF Marham comrades, Acting Corporal Aaron Austen (38) and SAC Brad Jackson (18), have set themselves the tough challenge of running 410 miles over the next six months to raise funds for bereaved Armed Forces children. The pair will share the miles between them to raise as much money as they can for the Lynn-based charity Scotty’s Little Soldiers. Set up in 2010 by war widow Nikki Scott, the charity offers support to children and young people who have experienced the death of a parent who served in the Armed Forces.
