A socially distant grand opening will welcome Morris County s second Wawa location, on Route 10 in Randolph, on Thursday morning. Town officials will join police, firefighters and Wawa mascot Wally Goose for a ribbon-cutting ceremony with VIP customers at the convenience store beginning 7:30 a.m. Those customers were preselected through a social media contest. Regular customers for the 24/7 business will be welcome after 8 a.m. Jennifer Wolf, the external public relations supervisor for Wawa, said the grand openings normally draw hundreds of people who line up before the doors open.
