Buyers were again active as the New Zealand sharemarket took a lead from positive offshore bourses to post more than one per cent gain – representing a rise of nearly two per cent in two
trading days.

supply measures to ease housing pressures won’t help a
single renter struggling to get a roof over their head,”
says ACT Housing spokesperson Brooke van

weekly rent for medium houses across New Zealand reached a
new record in January, while the biggest annual increase was
