Gov. Phil Murphy, with a recent poll statewide showing his approval rating at more than 58 percent of likely voters, will top the ticket with his running mate, Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver. “Hudson County is home to some of the most diverse communities in the nation and as an organization, we are committed to promoting leadership that is reflective of the people they are elected to serve,” said HCDO Chairwoman Amy DeGise. “From Governor Murphy, who has been a tireless advocate of Hudson County’s working- and middle-class families, to our State Senate, Assembly and county candidates, I’m confident this slate will stand by our Democratic values, continue to fight for our County and do what is best for all of our residents.” ....
