Fadi Zeineh, a Washtenaw County teen, is facing a second felony murder charge after the recent death of a South Lyon father who had already lost his son in the same armed robbery in their home. Zeineh, 19, was arraigned Friday on the charge, a few days after Stamper, 42, succumbed to the wounds he sustained the night of Dec. 30. Zeineh allegedly broke into Stamper’s East Liberty Street home and shot and killed his son Dylan Stamper, 17. Kevin Stamper was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition at the time but died Jan. 26. Zeineh faces 10 felony charges that include murder, armed robbery and felony firearms. It appears that an assault with intent to murder charge became the second felony murder charge. ....
Father shot in South Lyon armed robbery last month dies Kevin Stamper, critically injured Dec. 30 by a gunman robbing his South Lyon home, surrendered Tuesday to his wounds. Baaki said that he’s not aware of a homicide involving a firearm happening for at least three decades in the small Oakland County city. And this homicide took two lives: Kevin Stamper, 43, and his son Dylan, 17. They both suffered gunshot wounds when armed robbers attacked their home the night of Dec. 30. A second suspect in the fatal Dec. 30 shooting of a South Lyon teen has been charged, officials said. Anthony Marshall Porter, 27, was charged this week with three counts of armed robbery and three counts of felony firearm, the South Lyon Police Department said. A judge at the 52-1 District Court in Novi denied bond for Porter and scheduled his next court appearance for 9 a.m. Wednesday. Police said Porter was arrested in connection to the death of Dylan Stamper, 19, and the wounding of Stamper’s father, Kevin, 43. The son and father were found shot in the living room of their home in the 300 block of Liberty Street near 10 Mile and Reynold Sweet Parkway. ....
Anthony Marshall Porter, a 27-year-old Ann Arbor man, was charged in connection to the armed robbery and shooting death of South Lyon teen Dylan Stamper. Porter was arraigned Wednesday in Novi’s 52-1 District Court on three felony charges of armed robbery and three felony charges of possessing a firearm in the commission of the alleged crime. Bond was denied, and Porter remains at the Oakland County Jail. Court documents explicitly say, even while behind bars, he is to have no contact with his co-defendant Fadi Zeineh and their victims. In legal jargon, court officials said Porter did use his firearm for force, violence, assault or to instill fear during a “larceny of money and/or marijuana” the night of the crime. ....
