The Brownwood Police Department issued the following press release Tuesday morning: On Monday, December 21, 2020, at approximately 1:37 a.m. officer’s Roberto Rodriguez and Trever Sears were assisting first responders with a medical call in the 2100 block of 6th St. When the officers exited the residence, they heard a disturbance taking place in the front yard, a couple houses down. Officers responded to that area and contacted a juvenile male who was standing with his mother beside a gold SUV. The male was identified, and officers learned that he was just involved in a physical altercation with his brother. The brother, 17 -year-old Devontray Delishaun Ross, was in the passenger seat when officers approached him. ....
