KENT, Ohio Two Kent police officers were released from the hospital Saturday after being shot while responding to a 14-year-old babysitter’s report of a home invasion.
Police say Dante Dixon of Cleveland Heights broke into a home on East Summit Street, just south of Kent State University, about 8 a.m. Saturday. They said Dixon, 40, knew the resident, but they did not know why Dixon tried to enter. ....
