Residents 'drained' due to broken lifts at Southampton apartments

RESIDENTS say they are physically and emotionally drained as they have been without a lift in their six floor apartment block for around two months.
A set of lifts in an apartment block at Bow Square in Southampton has not been working since May say residents, forcing some of them to climb six flights of stairs just to reach their home.
They say that for the past two years, the lifts have been on and off and there has never been both of them working at the same time, but now both are broken they are having to change the way they live in order to accommodate. ....
