plant sale Saturday
The Carlsbad Garden Club will hold a plant sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at The Makers Market fair, on the grounds of St. Michael’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church, 2775 Carlsbad Blvd., with vendors, music and plant bargains. Genealogy buffs to meet online Tuesday

Assistance League of Inland North County reopened its Thrift Shop at 2068 E. Valley Parkway and hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. The shop features clothing and household items on sale. The store is the main fundraiser for the League’s programs that help children and adults in the community. ‘Pajama Genealogy’ topic of online seminar
The North San Diego County Genealogical Society will hold its annual Spring Seminar, “Pajama Genealogy, or How I Spent My Pandemic,” in webinar format from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
