After touring the country at the end of 2019 in support of his latest album,
ABSURDA, Utesch’s plans to tour more in 2020 were brought to a halt by the coronavirus pandemic. On top of all that, fellow Metavari founding member Ty Brinneman passed away at the start of 2020 after a battle with mesothelioma.
