JKEEGA urges LG, CS to implement SAC decision

JAMMU, Apr 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Electrical Engineering Graduates Association (JKEEGA) has urged upon the Lt Governor and Chief Secretary of J&K UT to implement the SAC decision on regularisation of engineers of Power Development Department.
The Association under the chairmanship of Sachin Tickoo, general secretary along with Ashok Kumar Dubey, vice-president, MP Singh, Provincial secretary, Rajeshwar Jamwal, Provincial publicity secretary, Yash Paul, organizing secretary, Purshotam Sharma and Vipul Sharma Treasurers today held a meeting through online mode, wherein, while appreciating the role of Lt Governor on the issue of regularization and clearing of the back log of regularization in School Education department JKEEGA chose to remind the LG that State Administrative Council in its meeting held on Oct 22, 2019 had directed that the proposal for regular promotions of PDD be processed on fast track at departmental level without referring to Pu ....

JKEEGA delegation calls on MD JPDCL, raises issues

JAMMU, Feb 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Electrical Engineering Graduates Association (JKEEGA) today led by Sachin Tickoo, general secretary along with Ashok Kumar Dubey, vice president, MP Singh, Provincial secretary, Rajeshwar Jamwal, Provincial publicity secretary, Yash Paul, organising secretary, Vipul Sharma treasurer called on Nasib Singh, Managing Director JPDCL/JKPTCL PDD Jammu.
The delegation apprised Managing Director of the important points related to work scenario of the field staff that had been projected for immediate redressal which were pre-requisite for bringing in turnaround of JPDCL. However, despite lapse of considerable time since incorporation of the Corporations, there has been no reforms in respect of the working of the Corporations and the restructuring as promised in the unbundling of the department. ....
