These were followed up with temporary restraining orders against five businesses on July 7.

The orders and a request from the SRMT for permanent injunctions were contested in court by Bud Ease Dispensary (Gage Bigtree), Sasta Budz Dispensary (Keaton Thomas-Lazore), Golden Nugget Dispensary (Seth Oakes), Native Flower Dispensary (Courtney Armstrong), and Good Leaf Dispensary (Morris Oakes, Gabriel Oakes, William Roger Jock (Kanerahtiio)).
