Police have recovered a quad bike which was ridden on footpaths and parks in Bushey. The quad-biker caused a nuisance in Bushey yesterday (May 6) as a male rode the quad bike across the area. PCSO Carole Bull and PCSO Esther Ainsley, from the Bushey and Radlett Safer Neighbourhood Team, spotted the quad bike without a registration plate in Harcourt Road. The biker made off from the officers, but the bike was later tracked in Moat Close where they found the biker riding around the grassy area of some flats. The male was eventually cornered, and he discarded the bike around the back of the flats before jumping over the fence. ....
