Kentucky Power has awarded its AEPâTeacher Vision Grants, according to the company. The AEP Teacher Vision Grant program provides aid ranging from $100 to $500 to classroom teachers. âThese grants are designed to reward the talents and creativity of Pre-K through grade 12 educators devoted to motivating youth to think creatively, to step into leadership roles and to address the challenges of the future,â said Bob Shurtleff, external affairs manager. A ribbon-cutting marked the completion of a new apartment complex in the Madison Heights area of Amherst County, as Waukeshaw Development converted the old Phelps Elementary School. The group is also converting the old Bedford Middle School, which was set on fire last year. ....

Roberts turned 103 on Friday, and Cofield, with help from the entire congregation and the Agawam community, delivered birthday greetings by the hundreds. Literally.
