Led by a busload of football players, the community, parents and alumni conducted a drive-by pep assembly for Doc Zimont, who has provided support for the schoolâs student-athletes for more than 60 years. Pep assembly honors Doc Zimont âYes, 60 years,â said Constantine Public Schools superintendent Jim Wiseley. âFor 60 years Doc Zimont paced our sidelines, sat in our bleachers, worked on our diamonds and supported our students.
