The Bancroft Lions Club is offering a solution to people who want to store water for their gardens.
The Club is selling rain barrels to help raise money for the North Hastings Fish Hatchery and the Think Turtle Conservation Initiative. Steve Scally, a member of the club, says they have partnered with a company that manufactures the barrels and donates them to charitable causes. Rain barrels will be sold for $55 a unit, which comes with leaf and mosquito filters, a spigot and an overflow hose. Extra pipes, stands and composters are also available for purchase. ....
