Hoa Binh City applies social distancing
The People’s Committee of Hoà Bình City, Hoà Bình Province, decided to apply social distancing for the whole city with a population of more than 135,000 people from midnight on Monday until further notice.
The move came after the COVID-19 pandemic showed complex developments in recent days.
Under the decision issued on Sunday, all meetings or gatherings of more than 20 people in a room (excluding meetings with voters) are banned.
People in the city were banned from gathering in groups of more than 10 people outside the workplace, schools or hospitals and they were told to keep a minimum distance of 2m among each other in public places, the decision said.

Ukraine interested in economic cooperation with Vietnam

Ukraine is interested in enhancing economic cooperation with Vietnam and building effective cooperation with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this issue was discussed at a meeting of Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevheniy Yenin and Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Ukraine Nguyen Hong Thach.

Korea (RoK) festival to boost cultural exchanges, investment promotions and

Vietnam begins COVID-19 vaccination on March 8
Vietnam launches its COVID-19 inoculation drive on March 8 morning, administering the AstraZeneca vaccine to medical workers in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and northern Hai Duong province – the country’s biggest pandemic hotspot at present.
The vaccination is conducted at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi, the HCM City Hospital for Tropical Diseases and two medical centres in Hai Duong.
As many as 100 staff members of the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases are expected to receive the shots in the morning of March 8. The hospital is allocated 450 doses among the first batch of 117,600 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine the country has received.
