At the nato summit in belgium, president biden said that china and russia are trying to drive a wedge in the transatlantic alliance. Mr biden added that, while he s not seeking conflict with russia, nato would respond if moscow continued its harmful activities. We talked about the long term systemic challenges that china plaza activities pose two hours collective security today.
