According to the police, the four had arrived from Dubai on February 10, and as per the government’s guidelines those coming from Europe or the Middle East and testing negative for Covid-19 had to undergo a mandatory seven-day institutional quarantine at a hotel followed by a seven-day quarantine at their home. The accused, Sushil Sabnis, Zuber Ghalte, Nikita Chander and Swapan Chandradas, were dropped at a hotel in Andheri for the quarantine. ....
