Young hero Teja Sajja’s solo film ‘Zombie Reddy’ is releasing this Friday at the box office and the buzz is intensifying.
Another young hero Vishwak Sen joins Teja for a promotional interview but it turns into a close encounter.
Having scene the poster, Vishwak asks whether Teja has done the backend work like providing script, dialogues and direction for the film. Teja replies that it’s the work of Prasanth Varma.
Being at the receiving end for sometime, Teja then takes pot shots at Vishwak. Teja says he is in the industry for nearly two decades now.

Zombie Reddy, scheduled to release in theatres on February 5, director Prasanth Varma attempts a satire on the common tropes of faction films. ‘Samarasimha Reddy meets Shaun of the Dead’ is how the film’s team describes the zom-com (zombie comedy).

Krack, the Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan starrer directed by Gopichand Malineni, will be the first of the Telugu films to vie for viewers’ attention in Sankranti 2021, when it opens reportedly in more than 1000 cinema halls on January 9. We aren’t past the COVID-19 pandemic and cinema halls are allowed to function with 50% occupancy, but that hasn’t dented the optimism of Telugu filmmakers who are counting on the film-loving audience of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to return to cinema halls during the festive season.

Megaa Super Good Films is back in action in Tollywood, after some gap. They have made official announcement regarding their first project in 2021. Young hero Teja Sajja who will next be seen in Prashanth Varma’s Zombie Reddy is roped in to play the lead role in the film titled Ishq.
Wink Beauty Priya Prakash Varrier will pair opposite Teja in the film that comes with the caption- Not a love story. First timer SS Raju will direct the movie for which music is by Mahathi Swara Sagar.
RB Choudary presents the film and Sam K Naidu will crank the camera. Other details will be unveiled later.

Director Prasanth Varma of ‘AWE’ fame is bringing the first zombie genre to Tollywood and he blended this concept with the current global pandemic Corona virus and that sets ‘Zombie Reddy.’ Calling the trailer as ‘Big Bite’ Prabhas has done the unveiling honours.
The trailer starts with PM Modi’s announcement on corona and lockdown. Teja Sajja who is playing the lead role, travels to Rayalaseema to attend his friend’s wedding. Unexpectedly a woman turns into zombie and it spreads from here on like how the Covid-19 has blown-out.
And how zombies are tackled and the village is saved forms the plot. The trailer is entertaining from beginning to the end and there is comedy even in the action episodes too.
