Poway Unified to bid farewell to 38 retiring elementary teachers

When the school year concludes in a few weeks, Poway Unified School District will be saying farewell to 38 of its elementary teachers who are retiring.
Those who taught in the district for 30 or more years were invited to reflect on their careers. Seven chose to participate.
Teachers at the middle and high school levels will be featured in future weeks.

Lindi H. Clark is retiring after teaching in PUSD for 36 years, most recently third grade at Highland Ranch Elementary, where she has worked since 2009. She previously taught at Sunset Hills, Adobe Bluffs and Park Village elementaries. ....
