The Zimbabwean High court has reinstated Lazarus Muchenje as NetOne CEO, The New Zimbabwe reported. This is the third reinstatement by the court of Muchenje who has been involved in a dispute with his employer s board for some time now. High Court judge Webster Chinamhora imposed the telecoms firm with the costs of the suit, including the board members who were the respondents in the case. Muchenje went to court early in 2021 after he was dismissed at three months notice, challenging the legality of the letter of termination. ....
