给涉案企业纠错机会，但“厚爱”并不滥用，绝不能放纵企业犯错。张家港市检察院制定合规有效性审查办法，推进第三方监管机制，组建包括律师事务所、会计师事务所等在内的合规监管人员库，对企业建立的合规体系是否完备等进行全程监督评估、定期回访。
据了解，在试点基础上，我省将有效合规作为认罪认罚从宽制度下的从宽处罚情节，根据企业实际情况，督促帮助其建立起针对性强的合规举措，促进企业补短� ....
