◎管理层方面，董事长丁国兴曾长期担任绍兴银行董事长，总经理赵奇拥有25年集成电路工作经验，其中14年在华虹NEC，9年在中芯国际。
◎中芯绍兴与中芯国际均从事集成电路代工行业，两者之间存在竞争关系吗？对此，中芯绍兴表示，公司生产线将以微机电和功率器件为核心，定位于面向传感、传输、功率的应用。
