POLLS are now open in the Shetland West council by-election. Polling stations are open until 10pm, with votes due to be counted at Lerwick Town Hall on Friday morning. Three candidates are in the running - the Greens' Debra Nicolson, independent Mark Robinson and the SNP's Zara. ....
