28-year-old Fairfield resident Andy L. Bailey was sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court yesterday. He pleaded guilty in January to a Class 3 felony count of possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine, and he was sentenced to one year probation, plus time served. Bailey was also ordered to pay $3,635 in fines and court costs.
