Bushmills Irish Whiskey has announced a collaboration with chocolate company Grá Chocolates, which is run by chef and founder Gráinne Mullins. She has developed a limited-edition Black Bush hot chocolate, which will be launched at four masterclass sessions taking place on Sunday in Dublin’s Eatyard. For those who can’t make it, the newly imagined drink, along with many more, will be on offer until November 12. There will be whiskey cocktails aplenty, along with the hot chocolate three ways: a non-alcoholic version, a spiked version and a festive fruity spiked version. Tickets for Sunday’s events are €20 for those wanting to see Mullins explain her inventions, and the price also includes cocktail tutorials. @bushmillsirl
