Picture: SUPPLIED At the beginning of each year’s Leadership Fiji program, as part of the opening retreat, participants are required to define a vision that they want Fiji to look like in 10 years’ time. While all their activities, events and community engagements for that year are aligned to this vision, in concluding the year, participants are also required to present a plan for Fiji, with strategies and actions they will commit to do going forward as a group or as individuals.
